Chase Bank is a leading financial institution with multiple brands and partnerships. My focus was on their Chase Sapphire Credit Card email communications. Chase Sapphire is their more premium credit card offering and it speaks to a particular client.
After understanding their client, the project itself was a deep exploration of their existing emails. My goal was to share detailed rationale and provide design examples of their five main pieces of email communication, and accompanying home page banners.
